This ball valve lockout is made of metal and it is red. It is heat resistant, meets the standards for OSHA 1910.147. In addition, it features: turn ball valve lockout, easy to use one piece design locks valve in off position, easily be stored or carried, measures 2 47/50 inch H x 4 10/77 inch W. This ball valve lockout is for use with quarter turn handles, and 9/32 inch diameter padlocks.
