Product Details

This ball valve lockout is made of HDPE, PVC and it is red. It meets the standards for OSHA 1910.147 and is in English, French, Spanish. In addition, it features: handle-off ball valve lockout, covers valve stem for secure lockout tagout, fits virtually all pipes measures 11½ x 12¾ inch, and includes English, Spanish, and French labels. This ball valve lockout is for use with quarter turn handle, t-handles, ¼ inch diameter padlocks. The legend message is: Danger/Peligro.
