These Flex 3 black, men's size 10 knee boots are made of polyblend PVC with nitrile and meet the ASTM standard. They are oil/slip/moderate chemical-resistant, waterproof, and are pull-on.. The non-CSA boots have steel toe with a Power-Lug outsole, D width, removable cushion grey insole, 16-inch height, and a ½-inch defined heel.
