Product Details

This universal plug, forklift, and cylinder lockout device is a multi-purpose device that locks out plugs, gas cylinder shut-off valves, and electric or propane-powered forklifts. It measures 7 1/4 length x 4 1/2 width x 3 inches depth. Made from recycled plastic, the red lockout device fits 120-volt, 250-volt-Sp, and 15 to 30 amp 3P plugs. It has a maximum capacity of six padlocks with a 9/16-inch maximum shackle diameter and includes text that reads "DO NOT OPERATE".
