Product Details

This ball valve lockout is made of ABS plastic and it is red. It meets the standards for OSHA 1910.147. In addition, it features: adjustable slides to ensure proper fit, fits most t-handle valves, measures 1.75 inch D x 1¾ inch H x 4¼ inch W, and includes label. This ball valve lockout is for use with t-handles, 7/25 inch diameter padlocks. The legend message is: Danger Locked Out Do Not Remove.
