Machine length hot melt packaging tape is longer than standard hot melt packaging tape. It is for use with machines only and will not fit on a hand or counter dispenser. The tape is fed through a machine, usually on a conveyor line, that applies the length of tape needed for the package. Machine length tape is for high-volume applications. It instantly sticks to boxes, mailers, and tubes for an immediate seal. This tape resists tearing, splitting, and ripping and releases quicker off the roll than acrylic tape. Hot melt packaging tape withstands high temperatures and has outstanding holding power and tensile strength.
